Shipping

Majority of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 3-5 working days of your order. For custom printed orders, once we receive your written approval of the artwork, it will take an additional 3 working days for printing. 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. Alternatively, you can also login and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.

Everest Packaging Corporation currently ships to over 6000 PIN codes across India for qualified orders. Depending upon your Pin Code, the shipping transit time varies between 3 to 9 working days. On each product page, Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or festivals or strikes. In such cases, Everest Packaging Corporation will not be held responsible. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. 

Returns (Easy Return)

We will accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective or get bad quality product. If you receive a defective item and any bad quality product, please write to us at sales1@everestpackaging.co.in or call our customer care at +919173300810 with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.
